2025 was messy, practical, and very hands-on. We moved, changed names, showed up at events outside the shop, and kept working through loud days and quiet ones. Old customers came back, new ones showed up, and when things slowed down, Onti stayed creative: painting, reworking the menu, and eating most of the test results. 2026? Simpler menu. Same table. More intention.
