Throwing back to one of the highlighted courses from Arummi’s Gala Dinner last month An evening that explored how Arummi can go beyond beverages and be experienced through thoughtfully crafted dishes. Created alongside Chef @arief_tonggeng as head chef of @tamu.jkrt , Samba Lauak Asam introduced the dinner with a fresh and quietly awakening note. Scallops served in a broth of belimbing wuluh and aromatics, rounded with the creamy finish of Arummi Cashew M*lk. Clean, lifted, and gently bright in all the right ways. #arummicashewmilk

A revisit to one of the evening’s richest expressions from Arummi’s Gala Dinner menu. Together with Chef @arief_tonggeng head chef of @tamu.jkrt , familiar Indonesian warmth was explored through layers of spice, texture, and slow intention. Be Sampi Mebase featured 30-hours sous vide beef ribs infused with Balinese spices and the creamy depth of Arummi Cashew M*lk, served with potato, eggplant, melinjo, and jangek.
